Retort Process - Step by Step

Raw Material Selection

Standardized Cooking

Food is cooked using fixed recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality.

Retort Pouch Packing

The cooked food is filled into multi-layer food-grade retort pouches that block oxygen, moisture, and bacteria.

High Temperature Sterilization

Pouches are heated in retort machines at high temperature and pressure to destroy all microorganisms — no preservatives required.

Cooling & Quality Testing

Products are cooled and tested for taste, safety, and appearance.
